Problem With Everygame

OH, 1 other thing is that if you have a antivirus program(which you better) you may have to enter Everygame in the "exclucions" for it to allow it to update. I had to do this for a couple of the games I play.

HEY Sable I had an issue with a Poker Site, and the problem was my side and not theirs.

Windows 7 x64 Bit, has TWO (programs' folders) now, where XP did not.
1 FOR 32 BIT PROGRAMS *PROGRAM FILES (X86)
1 FOR 64 BIT PROGRAMS *PROGRAM FILES

Sometimes, programs write in the wrong place (In registry, not in the actual folder and is encrypted code) and will keep that key which remembers the wrong path, after uninstall, so re-install is useless.

Try a System Restore to the day before first install- should have no problem then.

My husband is very particular about his laptop and really doesn't want me changing anything so I wont be putting on the Google Chrome, thanks for the idea though.

I am not sure about a restore as it is a brand new download. It has not worked on my husbands laptop at all so I figure backing it up to a restore point probably wont do anygood. I have the pop up blocker off but I will check the security and privacy settings right after I finsh my usual morning checks lol.

oh yeah and I dont know it this matters or not but I did download slotocash rtg onto this computer and it works just fine. So I dont know why Everygame doesn't work.

think you will just have to give it time sable and keep trying redownloading it several times over next few days, its a pain in the ass but you will probably find it just works again after several days, ive had that problem several times before with microgaming casinos and for some reason after a few days trying they seem to just work, and its not a fault with casinos down as they worked for others just not me, in fact had a funny error message a week ago on ladbrokes and casino would not let me play any games in real play, could not acces a thing yet could get in on free play, was weird and ladbrokes swore there was nothing up and i could use my account for sports bingo etc but not on casino, they then responded to an email by changing my password as someone thought that was my problem, funny enough after they changed my password i put it back to one i had and casino then worked, work it out i can't lol, anyway talking of casinos you are having problems with your download casino, have you tried to play any games on the flash instant version, if so do they work/

I tried going into the flash version yesterday and when trying to get to a game it would seem to get past the connecting screen. It just sat there. Anyway my hubby is happy cause now there is funds in the poker and he can play. Maybe I can get it fixed by next week when I make my weekly deposit.

see that was what happened with me at ladbrokes earlier in week, could not get games loading at all on flash or download or off sports site, just kept getting an error message with some numbers, ladbrokes just told me that it must be a problem with my internet provider as some times they block certain sites, they gave me a code to track if their site was connecting as they said sometimes the path gets blocked and only internet provider can fix, was like feck that i play ladbrokes every day and havent changed provider or redownloaded so im not going through that hassle, also knew my account wasn't locked as i was using it in sports betting, anyway i emailed them loads explaining i could not get it working as it was refusing to let me play in real, think the last daft person reading thought id emailed saying i could not remember my password as they emailed back saying thank you for requesting a password change it is now done for you please remember to choose your own after using it, was like are you stupid i never emailed for new password as i need my numbered one for withdrawing in shop and know it off by heart, was going to email them back and complain but tried logging into casino and playing using reset password and it all worked, weird but know it had nothing to do with wrong password as like i said i was gambling on horse at time they sent new password and my password is same on whole site, so all worked out in end but shows if theirs a fault somewhere then casino staff dont have a clue

Depends on what you're using for anti virus; I use Trend Micro and I had to go in and add setup.realtimegaming.com and a bunch of other different web addresses; it just started acting up in the last 2 months or so. And I had to adjust my firewall also. For some reason, it just got really weird lately. Check your AV logs and see what they're blocking (it would be under websites, I think) and you'll have to get the exact addy and add it to your exception list so that it will allow it. Good luck, it was a huge pain in the butt.

I have tried redownloading with the firewall and virus turned off. And actually I am not even sure how to access the AV on this computer. I will have a look and see if I can find that and maybe that will help. Thank you for the info.
