have trouble installing rtg on my computer.

error:

this installation package could not be opened.
Verify that the package exist and that you can access it
or contact the application vendoe to verify that the
valid windows intstaller package

Zap45 sorry you're having troubles.. have you tried clearing your cookies and rebooting your computer..

MY HELPFUL TIPS, WITHOUT KNOWING MORE SPECIFIC INFO...

THINGS TO TRY FIRST:
1- THE WINDOWS INSTALLER (MSI.EXE) MAY BE OUTDATED OR CORRUPT. -SEARCH GOOGLE FOR "MSI.EXE NEEDS UPDATING"

2- DEPENDING ON WHAT WINDOWS VERSION, WIN 7 HAS PERMISSION ISSUES- YOU MAY NEED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE FILE TO RUN.

3- MAY BE ADMIN OR COMPAT ISSUE.
TRY RIGHT-CLICKING IT, AND SELECT "RUN AS ADMIN" OR MAYBE RUN IN COMPATIBILITY MODE- VISTA, XP.

4- LAST, BUT NOT LEAST IT MAY BE BLOCKED BY FIREWALL. DISABLE ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION, THEN TRY TO INSTALL.
