Rtg Problem - 31 Dec 2007

Has anyon else been having a problem with the RTG casino software? Starting about two weeks ago, parts of the casinos simply don't load for me. I can't access the cashier on any of them, and Club Player and VIP Lounge will let me log in but then the first page doesn't come up. It may be my computer. Just before this happened, I did a virus scan and it deleted two things. Maybe I needed one of them? I have tried uninstalling and downloading again and it doesn't change.

I would recommend contacting the relevant casino's support.

I had problems accessing Casino Extreme a few days ago but it just said 'cannot connect to casino' - so I took a quick trip to Live Support and they said they knew of the problem and it was being dealt with - I checked the next day and it was all back again ok.

The casino support are the ones who should be able to give you the definitive answers

hi djj59, its not your puter. last nite had a problem with all of them then i got into a few . i tried VIP and i get the same problem that you have, club player told me last nite that they were working on it. i ran scans on my puter trying to see what was wrong and nothing was, so i contacted support. its probably taking longer on some of them. try palace of chanceand slots of vegas. gl josie46
