I know at the QuickTender site it says it can be use wherever they have "Use My Wallet", but since it's a new service the casinos have to get it set up. I talk to support at Vegas Joker ( they have "Use My Wallet) and they said they were setting it up and I should be able to use it in a few days. I imagine thats the case with other casinos so I'd talk to support at your chosen casino (if it has "Use My Wallet") and see when it will be available and it will also let them know players want it as an option.
