I m wondering if that would be ok,but i pay my insurance once a yr so i only get my info once a yr from them with my pink card.I would hate to deposit and find out i dont have the proper id/bill/information to cashout.

ACHNAD ~ I have cashed out, without a history, and without them asking for anything from the following casinos: Golden Monaco, USA, US, 50Stars, Nostalgia, and Casino Extreme.
If you continue to have trouble, if I were in your place, I would call Support and explain your situation, since many casinos handle things on a case by case basis individually. If you are not satisfied with the call to Support, I would then email the manager of the casino, and if no response comes within a week, I would then call and keep asking until they let me speak with the manager.
The late night shift manager, if you call him/her, might be able to help out on the spot.
Hope you get things straightened out with all of them.
If all else fails -- and IF you signed up with the casino via a CC banner -- I would send an email to Geno (webmaster @ casino-crush.com) and be sure to give him a complete report with all the specific details. He has a very good relationship with all the reputable casinos and may be able to help you get it sorted.
I cashed out at all Fortune Lounge casinos without sending ID to any of them.Largest was $600.Some only want ID for ''large'' withdrawals. _________________
What ever casino you do want to play at. Find the withdrawal info and if it says you need to do a fax back etc, send what id you do have a bank letter insurance letter anything at all you have then wait for the reply from them tlling you your forms have been accepted and now on file.
If you do this before making any deposits you know which ones will let you withdraw as they will have your info already in the system.
I send all my details in to confirm who I am just incase I was lucky enough to withdraw, then that process does not take as long lol
