CASINO REWARDS , A VERY.. UN-HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME (And You?)
THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTERATING AND GETS ME SO WORKED UP... AND COMING FROM A GROUP WITH SUCH A LONG LIST OF CASINOS and NAME RECOGNITION I can't BELIEVE THEY SIMPLY BLOW OFF A LONG TIME PLAYER/DEPOSITER SUCH AS THEY HAVE WITH ME....THE ANWERS THEY GAVE ARE RIDICULOUS AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IM SO COMPLETELY IRRELIVANT TO THEM!!!
SO, ITS EITHER
a) THEY REALLY HATE ME & MY MONEY......(God only knows why, I have never cashed in and have played at every casino they operate with over $1000 in deposits)

b) I just have terrible communication skills ......
