They say to scan/fax a copy of your legal Identification card to support and from what I could tell.... they all seem to offer $25 - $50 Birthday Bonus...all you have to do is get your ID to support to prove your birthday... and they hook you up!!!

I know Fortune Lounge and Casino Rewards will credit you 50 dollars to you rewards points.
Bellerocke doesn't but they have a monthly birthday draw.
All the playtech's that still except USA usually give a birthday bonus.
Also the RTG casinos do as well even if you never deposited. Last year almost everyone I asked gave me something.
