slots village 10<<was in my account got email from them stating hb bonus in account
allslots was 75 << promotion (automatic after login)
Everygame 10 <<sent email to casino@Everygame.com
inetbet 40 << sent email to support@inetbet

These are the ones that worked for me.... so when its your birthday dont forget you ask and just maybe you shall receive and i would suggest sending polite email to support... asking them about a birthday bonus....

I sent emails on my birthday too, I received a mostly declines, but I know that I got 2 or 3. I figure that it never hurts to ask!!

I have only been a very, very small depositer at inetbet and maybe that is why I never heard anything back from them after my bday bonus request email, even sent a follow up email...but nada, no inetbet present to unwrap.

How did your Everygame request work out? I hope you got the bonus!, and lots of other ones too!

btw, my oldest daughter is named Kimberley....might I also add, "you have a very pretty name" LOL, you could say I am partial to it.
