My Christmas Tree is artificial with those cool disco lights.
It's about 4 feet high. Perfect for me and my husband.

Used to do a real tree, but now fake tree is much easier!! I do remember when I was little, my family grew up in the country & my mom, dad, 2 younger brothers, me & our german shepard/husky dog, we would all go out into our woods, find a tree & cut it down.
Our ornaments were handmade. Mom had a recipe for ornaments, she'd make the dough(whatever it was) roll it out, use a christmas cookie cutter & then she would bake them in oven. I've still got some of those ornaments from years ago. Mom said years later, (when I grew up) we always had one of the ugliest Christmas trees, but us kids had fun making ornaments for it. lol

That;s what i get for doing his stuff but in his defense he just had all his teeth pulled yesterday and looks like a chipmunk..LOl.
there 's nothing worse than a guy in pain , they think there a baby...lol

Been there done that. I feel bad for Dean!!! Of course mine was a little different. They wouldn't let me take more than a 1/2 day off from work so every Friday at 1 I went to the dentist, had 2-8 teeth pulled, went to the drug store, went home, fixed dinner for my family, Kristy was 2 at the time lol, got her bathed and then I hit the sack!!! That was the longest 6 weeks of my life!!!
Lots of soup, mashed potatoes and malts lol. Needless to say I didn't loose any weight. lol
