Christmas Dinner usually consists of Prime Rib, roasted potatoes, salad, corn, and gingerbread cookies. A nice bottle of Pinot Noir, Meiomi. I just love this wine.

I cook a ham or turkey, homemade mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, deviled eggs, green beans(with bacon & onion) corn, dinner rolls, relish tray, yams(sweet potaoes with marsh mellows on top) homemade noodles & dressing (love oyster dressing) usually make a cherry or strawberry cheesecake, thats my sons favorite, BUT while I am slaving in the kitchen over a hot stove ,cooking & washing the dishes by hand, I've got a pretty good little buzz going by that time. LOL since i usually start drinking about 10 am on that day. lol we dont usually eat til about 4 ish.

Well since I have a huge Family get together at XMAS, about 40 plus people { this year 4+ } lol. Our dinner would consist of Prime rib, Turkey, Tri Tip, some vegan food { not Quiet sure what it is }, couple different salads, deviled eggs, chunky mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus, holandaise sauce, cranberry sauce, biscuts, ambrosia. For desert Pumpkin pies, bananna cream pie, dutch apple pie & cherry pie with either whip cream or ice cream.
Finally Tons of Beer & Wine
