me thinks it directs US players to king solomon's (the group which recently purchased the windows group) and non US players to the new playtech windows

If you go to the live help and let them know that it is going to the kingsolomon.tv site and they will provide you with a direct link to download the casino.
That what was happening to me and it worked.

Aww so sorry hun.
Thats why you should read the terms and conditions first.
I learned the hard way as well.
Make a deposit then play for a little longer and then cashout. That way you are not withdrawing from the free chip.
