i can't seem to transfer my credits into casino chips it just pops up some weird error message, is anyone else experiancing this? i tried to email support but sometimes that can take days....

Hi hun, its been a few days since I played at Strykke, I had no problems then. I have zero funds left in my account so I'm no help.

thanks, i havent had any problems until about 3:30pm PST today after i made a withdrawal request, now all of a sudden when i try to transfer my credits to my casino account it says some garbldey gook about a "fatal error"????? i was hoping it would clear up in a few hours but now it has been like 6 hours and i really want to play so i was just wondering if i was the only one with this problem.... Sad

i have never withdraw at stryyke but i thought someone said you can't reverse the withdrawal at stryyke can that be the prob?

no i am not trying to reverse my withdrawal, i had 30 credits left after i decided to withdraw, i decided at the last minute to leave mysrlf 30 euro to play with bvut when i went to transfer to my casino account i just get this error message, it has been over 6 hours and of course no reply to the email i sent them and i am not going to pay for another long distance out of country call (my boyfriend is probralt already going to kill me for the 3 international calls i already made, he said it was ok but we have no clue what they will cost)

I have had the same problem, but i just rang them up, my phone bill is going to be huge, thats the only way i manage to do it, sorry i can't help you more

ok stryyke got back to me via email early this morning and this is what they had to say about it:
Regarding the casino: Due to a technical update of our site some casino
functions are not working proper at the moment, our technical devision is
aware of it and working hard to solve the problem. For now I transferred your
money manually to your casino account, please let us know if the error is
still existing the next time you want to transfer money

and a few times today i have contacted them via email to transfer funds, although (for them anyhow) the responses have been relativly quick (*under an hour each time) i think i will just wait for it to get fixed i asked to be contacted when it get fixed in my email to them

no they dont the only contact options are email or dialing their toll (your own expense) international long distance phone number. i just tryed again and their site still doesn't transfer credits right plus i still havent heard back to the last email i sent them over 6 hours ago requesting credits be transferred....

Try transferring 25 credits and see if that makes any difference.
I had the same issue cause I have once received a sportsbook bonus and that amount is sort of locked in my main account until I make the playthrough...I managed to transfer all credits minus the bonus amount to my casino account at the time.
Same thing happens with Unibet as well...and Bet24 for example.
That bonus amount is held and you can't transfer that part.
