Deposit Problems? - 28 Jun 2007

Dont know where to post this but over the past three days i havent been able to deposit at any of my usual microgaming casinos( Grand Bay, Roadhouse Reels and Big dollar casino. At big dollar, i contacted live support and was told they were having technical isues because of microgaming upgrades but its been three days and im still getting an error message when i try to deposit and the other ones get stuck when i get to the authorisation page and it freezes. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? i live in So. Calif., USA

I was having the same problem, with the privie group and they told me there was nothing wrong on there end, and it must be me they told me to uninstall then reinstall clean my cookies and disable my pop up blockers.
needless to say it did'nt work because it was on there end! so I went to Everygame and made a deposit no problem and played there. too bad for grand bay. huh?

well i had no problem depositing at grand bay yesterday, but i when i tried to make a deposit tonight, that same thing happened to me.... the cashier page never completed. so i checked my netspend balance, and it did go through !?!

i called GP support and julie said i need to send them a copy of my statement and they should be able to credit it sometime today or TOMORROW !!!!

she said they've been having lots of problems and said she wouldn't recommend depsositing again until it's rectified !.....
