I have received the same message as Phoenix. I deposit quite often with them, but I always take the match bonus, so maybe that's why I don't get them. Or maybe it's the luck of the draw! Oh well, I hope the ones that get them do well!

i got the same response from live chat, & email from both casinos. i guess their promo dept doesn't believe in giving bonuses to depositors then. seems like a lot of our "individual critieria" doesn't include regular deposits from players either. what a bunch of BS!
