Geez... i was just wondering how much you have to deposit here to get the weekly free spins.. every week i deposit and never have gotten the "free" anything from them,lol. are you depositing a lot there or something to get the spins or i probably am not on the promotions list . oh well, someone who gets them please win something ! take care. kimberly

$2 says you have to be on the promo list , and Gijan probably got on it when the casino first opened and it doesn't matter if you deposit or not , if your not on the promo list you don't get the promos.Thats what i was told by support at many casino groups..oh well i guess i'll just keep checking every tuesday and hope for the best! thanks, kimberly

well, i can only share my experience with such situation. I had the same situation with spin palace and mummys, also grandmondial casinos and i have wrote an e-mail to casino management saying that i'm a loyal player and i'm dissapointed with such attitude. they can review the account and if you are a loyal player you can be added to the promo list.

I get 40 free spins every time..On different slots....BUT I heard that someone is getting 50 spins,...

well i never get the spins either and i wrote to management and all they tell me is keep depositing and you will get the free spins lol what a joke. also i deposit every week at least twice a week i only receive promos for deposit bonus and the triple loyalty points, once i had 1789 points i asked for a top up for the 211 points for 2 dollars and they said no lol , i always write to mangers attention and cs writes back lol no management ever reply to me.
but i am very happy for those who get from villento winnnnnnn biggg all.

LOL angel, i once needed 6 loyalty points at a certain casino that i had deposited over $300 in that week and fell 6 short for $10 loyalty and they wouldn't give 6 lousy points ... lol . The real joke was after winning nothing off of $300 in deposits i had only earned 37 loyalty points (one point for every $10 played) so i only went through $370. (talk about tight reels)

i've deposited several times at villento and have never gotten the free spins, at Rich Reels when I first signed up for the new player i got the free $10 or whatever it was then every week i was getting the free spins and had never deposited so i thought well i'll start depositing there. The very next week after i started depositing my free spins stopped and i've never gotten them since and have deposited several times now with them. So go figure, i don't know what the hell is up with them. Just my two cents on the subject.
