Updated 7th November 2008:
We are now able to fund Paypal and will be processing these as and when funds are available. I have processed the VIP Redeem first as far as I could and a few Neteller payments.
EcoCard is going to take a bit longer as I can't fund this via the Neteller card for some reason (being looked into). I will transfer money in a couple of days via a bank transfer so I expect these to be done next week.
Again, thanks for not chasing up on payments - you know you'll get the money as soon as we can, and with the new Neteller card I have, it will be a bit quicker once we get rolling again

Dear Crushers,
Unfortunately, due to my Neteller card expiring, I've been unable to fund Paypal and EcoCard payment of prizes for the latter part of October.
I've been advised that my new one most likely will not arrive until late November.
Of course I've looked into alternatives and I will be funding both Paypal and EcoCard via the CC Bank Account, although this also needs topping up (from Neteller withdrawals), and this based on usual timing of revenues coming in, will most likely not be completed until the first week of November at the earliest..
Realistically I hope to have ALL payments caught up by 14th November (second week), but of course as you know if I can do it sooner - I will and always as quick as possible.
For information, it is our policy to pay all 'VIP Redeems' as a priority over all 'non VIP' contest winnings. Of course, depending on the timing of funds being available for the different methods, this is not always the case (so we pay everyone as soon as we can, but where it's the same method, priority is to VIP redeems first).
Just to summarise for those that 'skip to the end' when reading such posts lol...
WE INTEND TO HAVE ALL PAYPAL/ECOCARD PAYMENTS CAUGHT UP BY 14TH NOVEMBER
(Sooner of course if we can)
Neteller payments are unaffected but we will not be processing any more of these now until the first week of November.
Whilst I'm sure most of you know by now it never helps, I'd appreciate NOT being chased up for payments PLEASE. Anyone that has been a member for any more than a few months and when we've had delays before KNOWS that WE ALWAYS PAY UP and ALWAYS as soon as we can Most of our payments over the past few months have been made within our 10 days max target, and often much earlier.
