Whilst many of you have experienced quicker payments in the past (as well as slower occasionally), we are aware that things recently have taken a bit longer than usual.
PLEASE remember that WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID ALL PRIZES DUE in the end - and sometimes this does take longer than our target of 10 days (and often this has been much shorter).

Whilst we understand the frustration of not knowing when you will get your money, I really do not appreciate being chased for prize money repeatedly - particularly when they are for prizes where they are not depositor contests / VIP redeems (which are always paid with #1 priority over all other contest prizes).
Please appreciate that as a business, we must await receipt of funds from the many different gaming sites we advertise and the payment times are very spread across the month - sometimes larger amounts coming in earlier or later - depending on earnings from each place.
In March, many casino sites experienced a great number of problems with Mastercard chargebacks (due to Mastercard withholding money deposited that were identified as Gaming transactions - which is against their usage policy in many countries). This in turn meant that a number of casinos basically have 'lost' money from deposits that they may not get back - and in turn this affects the money they can pay affiliates (we are an affiliate business).
For different places, this has meant some have not been able to pay us as soon, or as much, or in some cases - have made to make staggered payments which in turn has meant we have not received as much money and the money received has been slower.
Again, we do appreciate the frustration, but please believe me - we concur these frustrations as we always want to pay everyone as quickly as possible and when delays occur - they are beyond our control.
Apologies for the lateness of posting this, but partly the reason for this is that we were not advised of this until late, and in particular we didn't know the full impact of this (and still actually don't to some degree).
For the next 3 months (April-June inclusive) we will need to reduce our contests budget whilst things get back to normal and we have a better idea of what amounts to expect and when going forward. Don't worry - there will still be plenty of contests and plenty of prizes - but we will just need to reduce it a bit for the time being until we have a better picture of things ongoing.
Thanks everyone for your patience and once again - PLEASE DO NOT CHASE US FOR PAYMENTS - WE HAVE A VERY CLEAR PICTURE OF WHAT IS OWED AND TO WHOM - and no payments are left forgotten - however long it takes us.
