Jackpot Factory February Withdrawal

Has anyone else had problems getting their withdrawals from February from Jackpot Factory?

I've posted before and I've still been unable to get my money - I have learned its not really the casino's fault.

The reason is that the processor or the bank froze the withdrawals. My first communications left me feeling like I got the runaround BUT my last one did advise that legal action had been taken in order to try to get the funds released. My withdrawal was for nearly $2300 and the casino finally did go ahead and put $500 back in my account some weeks back so I could withdraw through EcoCard so I still have $1700 coming. They do seem to be making a genuine effort to get everyone their money but since there is legal action involved, I assume they are not able to give any more details than they already have.

I don't know who the bank is that has them held so I can't search for news stories or anything but I know I'm not the only one still waiting. Anyone else here in the same boat or know who the bank is? I know that NeTeller finally released some funds and I'm sure it wasn't them but I haven't heard of any other processor with legal troubles. I'm also concerned now that even when it gets released, I'll still be unable to get it since EcoCard is withdrawing from the US as well unless they'll send me a check and then I'm worried my bank won't take it.

Any suggestions or news that anyone else has heard?

Just wanted to add after I re-read this that I was not implying that when I posted before that I didn't get any help because I did.

Just an update that I have not received the entire withdrawal yet...really don't think there is anything anyone can do to help other than what I'm doing....
