Hi. I feel the same way lately with jackpot factory.....the more you deposit ... the less you get in freebies.
anyhow...on my birthday i went to live chat and phoned support asking for a bonus for my birthday.....and i was told i dont qualify for a bonus.
Low and Behold....i was going to make a deposit at first web on my birthday, and when i clicked on deposit, i got a pop up that said happy birthday with a $50 bonus........naturally i never cashed anything out.
Check your accts....try the cashier page....maybe you will get the happy birthday pop up if you tell it want to deposit.........Good Luck and Happy Birthday.

I deposited over 3000.00 from November1-December 25. Didn't get the november mailer the december bonuses. I haven't made a cashout with them in over 2 years. I waited 3 days for a VIP reponse that I wasn't getting any bonus credits. Needless to say they made the naughty list. No more deposits with them.

Hi well I had made a lot of deposits in July August and Sept. they sent me the snail mail for
$10 free in the months I deposited except October they sent me the Halloween promo, but from
then on they have sent me squat
it's just not the jackpotfactory it's all microgaming casinos
they gave me all nothing for my birthday or christmas/ newyears. I have
been playing a lot lately at villento and richreels, which give me a weekly 35% match whoopie doo!
but for the holidays they gave me nothing... and to add insult to injury you think they would of at least given us regular depositing player's a higher match deposit or some stupid free spins covering 20 lines on a 30 line game?
