Hello , did anyone has also problems with Microgaming-Casinos?
Since today i can't have a look at my loyality-points, can't see promotions, news - nothing! At all Casinos. Is there something wrong with my PC or are there problems with Microgaming? Also the tournaments - gone, absolutely nothing. Only the normal games i can play.
And i am not from USA, i am from germany Embarrassed
Did anyone heard from problems??

no - because i can't see a button for support. I can login my account, and when there must be the start-window there is only the message "no internet, check your connection" - but i am i the casino. i only can push the games button, and then i can see the different games. But tournaments, my account, promotions etc. - nothing. "no connection" Question
Hope you understand.
i will try to go to homepage of a casino and then i will contact support from there.

played at go wild earlier and been on ladbrokes casino half the day lol and everythings been fine for me, tho think their must be a fault at ladbrokes as actually winning for once lmaoooo, but anyway everything seems ok so id contact support and see whats up, if you can't get support through casino go to their home pages on internet and try from there

Hello
i think, there is something wrong on my pc. I spoke to live-chat, told me i must reinstall the software. i have done this - same problems. Hmmm.
Now i must search at my pc, where the mistake is. Everythins works fine, but not the microgaming. can't go to cashier, no loyality no tournament.....
says always "this website is not available". Mad Wall Bash
i now go search.....

Sorry to hear about your problem Glockenfee Sad I'm in Canada and everything is good here..I would do like Bower & Broxi suggested and somehow contact support..Did you try re-booting your comp? I know my sister has had to do that in the past Wink and she is in Canada also..

Glockenfee, try running a antivirus scan or something. Maybe that will help.

sometimes you have to uninstall, find any other instances on your computer of the same casino (some make different folders in program files too) delete your cookies - then after total uninstall REBOOT. Reinstall and see if that fixes it.

i made yesterday antivirus-scan - found nothing. i restart 3 times the computer, i re-install software of casino, nothing works.
this morning - software bad. i tried a last try this evening - and it goes perfectly Shocked Dancing
and i have no idea what there was wrong Sleeping

The problem is in your system. Sometimes antivirus scan can affect some files of your system and due to this games are not run properly. This problem is not exist for a long, after your first restart of system it works properly.
