After depositing at CGB i went to live support to get the promo code for wednesday...I have been playing there for a very long time and I know that wednesdays its 100 percent..
The rep came back and said that I have been removed and am no longer eligible for any promotions..
I was like HUH?? why is that?
I guess I am now being called a bonus abuser because my bonus level has grown past what they deem acceptable. Keep in mind I have only taken the bonuses that the casino have offered me on my deposits..
I was told that they have gone through their player list and removed many people..something like fifty percent..
So...if you are someone that plays there and relies on getting their daily bonuses you should check with support before you deposit. They do not notify you. They just remove you..
Just wanted my fellow crushers to know this , because had I known I probobly would have deposited elsewhere..
I know that the casino can refuse promotions..it is their right but I just thought it was very bad service to do it and not let us know until after we deposit..
