I just received an email stating that ALL QUICKTENDER USERS will need to provide their personal infomation, as of FEBRUARY 28, 2008, personal information such as mailing address, legal Identification information... date of birth... and so, and so forth,...etc.

By the way, this account is also known as "USE MY WALLET", in some/most places!

Hi Bob, thanks for the heads up on this!! I had to send my personal information in a few months ago. They froze my account but opened it back up the next day after I sent my information in to them.

Hi Crushers, I just found my letter from QT back in November when I had to do this with my account.

I scanned the documents they wanted and emailed them back and my account was unlocked the next day.

If you are expecting funds you might want to go ahead and send them the documentation now, prior to receiving their letter. (it may save a day or two wink)

Here's a copy of the letter I received:

You have recently requested a withdrawal from your QuickTender account. In accordance with our internal rules and policies, as well as anti-money laundering procedures, we need to confirm that the QuickTender Holder is the holder of the credit card and the true beneficiary of the funds. So that we can confirm this information, we would like you to send us:

· A copy of the front and back of your credit card/cards that you have used to fund your account,

· A copy of the bank statement that corresponds with the withdrawal request (displaying your name, address, bank details and dated within the last three months) to identity@QuickTender.com . Please note we do not accept on line screenshots.

We also need you to send one item from the list below:

· A copy of your passport (the page displaying your photograph, date of birth and full passport number),

· A copy of your national identity card displaying your photograph and full identity card number,

· A copy of your photocard driving licence displaying your photograph, full driving licence number, date of birth and address.

In order to make sure that we can deal with your account as quickly as possible please make sure that the documents you send us, including any photographic i.d., are clear and legible. If they are not this could cause a delay whilst we ask you to re-submit clearer copies.

hi oc , im having problemwith drivers lic. # when i put my #s in and i put the expire date it it comes back the expired date is wrong, and wiyh the recenty ban. on my state , im losing hope. it shure dont look like its getting overturned its getting worst. gl to all gamblers that live in decent states. im going to start sending emails out a lot to reps i n my state, ty josie46

Hi Josie, what I did is scan a copy of my drivers license and sent it to them. I have a file saved in my computer I keep updated just incase I'm lucky enough to do a withdrawal from a casino or like Quick Tender wanted the same information, where I've got a copy of my Driver's License, Utility Bill, Bank Statement and front and back of my Visa Card.

I don't know what to say about the mix up of numbers on your drivers license/expire date. This is a first time of hearing anything like that.

hi ty oc this is getting really bad casino s that iv played recently wont even let me in. i got a free 10 at lucky nugget and can't even log in, when i talk to live chat they said MO. is now a banned state,i guess the rest of them will follow, ty for your help, i appricate it much, ty josie46

After reading this post I emailed support at QuickTender asking them if I need to send them documents for ID and Credit Card. They told me that I didn't need to. I don't know if it's because I haven't withdrawn to my bank account yet or not. I think that maybe they will let anyone know whenever they need that kind of documantation. Josie, I am very sorry for your predicament. I hope soon this stupid ban on the USA is lifted.
