it was ok i did not lose anything then i emailed support again and got a diff
answer it was about using a coupon when i did not have a zero balance
it was a pure cash balance 2 no bonus i was told in 1st email that i had 2 wager my deposit and bonus plus my cash balance before withdrall.
thats why i emailed back not getting my head round that one thinking that
reinvesting in the casino should be a good thing and that there should not be a penalty 4 it. sorry if ive gone off a bit but mabye some one else can learn from this situation..........
