Royalblush, I'm crossing my fingers in hope that you are using Internet Explorer to "browse" with, because I'm about to tell you how to open another window, using Internet Explorer.
Up at the very top of your screen, on the left hand side you should see
File Edit View Favorites Tools Help
If you click on File, a small menu opens up below. The first option should be "New". If you hold your cursor (pointer) there another menu opens to the side and you will see a list of options. The first one is WINDOW. Click there and you will have another window open to browse with.
If you prefer the simple route, just hit the CTRL button on your keyboard (there is one on either side of the bottom row of keys) and N at the same time and another window will open by doing that.
