Hi RC,
Sad to say my staples were removed yesterday but a part of my incision opened from a build up of fluid at the bottom of it... ewwwwwwwwwww, im so frustrated. But, i have a nurse coming every day to pack it and change the dressing... it is quite deep they say and will take about 6 weeks to heal from the inside out...

Oh, honey, I'm so sorry you had that trouble. ARE having trouble still. Please be VERY careful! You jump around too much -- not exactly the relaxing type!
