I usually have nice things to say but this guy was RUDE!! World -Class Pffffffffffffft!!!

Byron: Your speaking to Byron, how can I provide you with world-class service?
you: Hi there. I was wondering if you take USA and if so do you take Oregon?
Byron: Unfortunetly not. No-one can so theres no point really in asking different casinos
Byron: Its illegal
you: Actually there are some that do. Depending on jurisdiction I suppose
Byron: No there arent actually. You run the risk of prosecution if your gambling

Hi,

In my experience with Grand Monaco Customer Support I have had only excellent customer service....very fast replies to emails and if for some reason the person Im talking to doesn't know the answer [which is rarely] they find it fast...

I have also had fast payouts from Grand Monaco...I have only good things to say about them...

Grand Monaco is one of my favorite casinos to play at...so I was surprised when you said you had rude customer service....

This proves that CC is more than just a fun place to be. So many times we feel we have no recourse in this world, when we are treated unfairly, but CC is there for us. CC gets results !

Thank you Mario and Geno. I don't usually say anything bad about people but I was highly insulted by this guy and that is why I posted the chat.

Geno thank you for contacting the Casino and I want to personally thank Mario for responding and taking action. After all if they want to give World Class Service they don't need that kind of attitude with their customer service.

Even though I can't gamble there and even though I was not happy with the service at the time... if they ever take USA again I would now try their casino because of the timely results of the problem. It shows they do care about their image and customers or would be customers.
