Just make sure you have a recent copy of a Utility Bill and a copy of your Drs. Lic to email them...If you dont have a Drs. Lic then along with your Utility Bill send a copy of your phone bill..

This code will not work for you.
You had to receive one through the post. Each one sent out had a different code so non of them can be used twice.
