schnezze you have to go to the cashier and it should be in your promotions list if you signed up with the banner.
Yes I signed up with the banner Boris and I had a choice between a free $5 or the Free $10. They have different requirements on both of them so make sure and read them both.

I just contacted support and this is what they said to me, im from the UK and despite receiving the email from them saying i had a free chip, they now say i haven't got one.
Maybe Geno can help with this, i waited specifically for his banners, so theres still hope for me yet!
