Casno Rewards, No Loyalty Points!

h i had been talking to casino rewards support in the last week about the take over of casno action, i was told continuosly that any loyalty points from CASINO ACTION group would be added to casino rewards loyalty points, i logged into my CR account and no points so i taled to support and this was myPlease wait for an operator to respond.

why do they promise one thing and do the complete opposite! if your told in the first place that no loyalty points will be added then fair enough, but to say it and the do the complete opposite is frustrating to say the least! i loved casino action and deposited there a lot and that was due to the instant cashouts and their suppoert was great, i always got treated well there. they are sorely missed, as for casino rewards i think i'll give it a miss .

i asked if they will continue the instant withdrawal facility, and they did not answer me, and i will say now that if they do not, which i personally don't believe they will. Then i wil not play there, as they have a standard 48 hours to wait for any withdrawals on their existing casinos, which is way behind the times, and not player friendly.

yep your so right boris , i have logged into my ukclub account and there is no instant withdrawal available .casino rewards are so not player friendly, and the 48 hour pending process for cashouts is ridiculous,!!! i will definitely be avoiding them BIG TIME!
