I do understand there are a lot of difficulties being experienced with banks in the US due to the legislation - remember this is the governments doing - and NOT the casinos! I am confident they are trying on this matter but you can always file a Player Dispute at eCOGRA if you believe that the service is incorrect and they will mediate.

After all the confusion from all the emails and phone calls which were very missleading, explaining why the money was not paid since Feb. Today they have not only paid the $2600.00 winnings. They added an extra $200.00 making it a total of $2800.00.

I am sorry if I made a big deal out of all this but I could not think of any other way to get some action. I feel we are so helpless to all this online gambling. People have no real say to such giants when it comes down to it.

What I am trying to say I guess is that I apologize to the Jackpot Factory for any harm my posts may have caused, and would like to mention that not only did they put up with us they made it all right and then some. I can't think of any casino out there that would just give you $200.00 cash without a playthrough for withdrawal. So is there a way to give them a little shout out for how good they were in making a real bad thing turn out to be real good? Im sure people would love to know about this!

Like you said Ricki when you are by yourself it doesn't seem like anyone listens but when you have 5000 members that wants to know what's up, the casinos tend to listen a little better.

I am STILL waiting on a withdrawal of $2300 from Feb. 19. I've gotten the same runaround and am still getting it.

I've been told so many dates I've lost count, all of which came and went with no money.

The current status is that the funds are "frozen" by some bank and they are working on getting them released.

I am beginning to SERIOUSLY DOUBT that i'll ever get it. I too am a VIP member because I had deposited a lot of money through there but apparently that doesn't matter as I haven't gotten very good customer service. Instead of the honest reasons, they prefer to do the "runaround" which I am very sick of.

I'm glad to hear that you got yours. They did reverse the funds back to my account and then before I could confirm my registration on Eco or any other method, it was gone and now in limbo again. Maybe there is hope though since your mother did get her funds. I was about to decide it was all just one big scam.

Not sure if I'll ever play there again though. I mean why go through the BS. I"ll decide that when and IF I get my money.
