If your Visa card is a debit card from the bank where you have your checking account and has a 16 number account number on the front and a 3 number security number on the back, you can use it as an ordinary Visa credit card, as long as you have the money in your checking account to cover it.
Otherwise, although I have heard of them, I don't know exactly what it is that people call a prepaid card.

Hello Royal, I finally found out what people were talking about on prepaid visas. I was standing in line at rite aid and at the checkout they have a pre paid visa for 14.99 and you can put money on it instantly. never before knew what people were talking about since i use the netteller
