My Sad Story - Cc Point Redemtion

Im so very sad!

My story starts like this. While having a yucky day at work I checked my emails at home, and found a nice surprise that I did the conversion correctly, made the necessary deposits and there was $25 waiting in my Everygame account when I got home. Ya Hooooo.. I could not wait until 5.

Got home, had my Tim Hortons coffee in hand and was relaxing playing Microgaming.. I have not been able to deposit lots lately so this bonus was a real treat.

I was down to 2.45 cents and decided to play Ho HO Ho at .30 spin, I got the 3 gift boxes 2X (gave me 40 free spins) yippppeeeee I thought.. I had won $36 on a 30 cent spin. And just my luck.. I was going to move to the new tomb raider slot and bam instead of hitting the button to the lobby i hit the double up button... I was so shocked i went to grab the mouse quickly and hit the darn mouse again and it clicked on the double up (Black) button.. and of course the next card was a BRIGHT RED Ace..

I was so upset I did not get to play my little win... Perhaps next month

BEING SOMEONE WHO HAS MADE THE SAME MISTAKE, IT WAS SUGGESTED TO SEND SUPPORT AN EMAIL ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED, DONT BOTHER! BEEN THERE, TRIED THAT, WAS TOLD TO BE MORE careful IN THE FUTURE! I COULD ALMOST HERE THEM LTAO AT MY SITUATION IN THE BACKGROUND! OF COURSE I COULDNT HERE IT, BUT I KNEW THEY WERE!

I made the same mistake, but because on the left end there is the botton "Collect", i didn't double and collected my money.
