will try to post some pics later today, if i can figure out how! was up early at the casino, now i;m down a hundred, but played long into the night my first night here on it, first vegas live poker tourney in an hour, wish me good luck and good thinking, hope to meet up with OC for a drink tonight when she gets into town...for you CCers i've been messaging/emailing, please send a reply so I know you're getting them, so far only Sharon and a couple of my hometown friends have replied

Sorry for not posting yet. Steph and I have been here since Monday and hadn't moved from the MGM until yesterday (Wednesday) when we walked to the strip.

Since we've been here we've ...

- Played lots of slots (our 'luck' has been variable) but overall good and not gone over our gambling budget so far
- Eaten out (well inside MGM Grand) at a couple of nice restaurants - namely Wolfgang Puck (first night) and then second night at the Fammia (?) Trattoria .. and had a couple of breakfasts in the Food Court which certainly did the job.
- Walked up the strip a bit to buy a few more bits and bobs (fridge magnets mainly LOL - Steph is addicted to them hehe, a few t-shirts and mugs) and a much needed power-adaptor lol.

We have made contact with AJ and Al now and planning to meet up this afternoon hopefully at the Sahara where we might get to see Al in action possibly (in his poker tourney) and maybe grab some late lunch / coffee / drinks / gambling - depending on what people want to do and how well Allight does lol

lol sounds like you are having fun geno(glad you mentioned the gambling and eating bit at beginning as some people might have jumped to wrong conclusion when you said you hadnt been our since arriving but not me as i know its not your honeymoon if you know what i mean lol)...anyway good luck i hope you win big and have a great time when you all meet up...look forwarf to seeing the pics

Looking forward to meeting you, Rat, and we will all miss shortstuff, spent the afternoon/evening with AJ, Geno and Stephanie and had a good time, eating, drinking, gambling and visiting the downtown area. OC getting in late tonight so haven't seen her yet, looking forward to it tomorrow. Will get coffee in the morning and see if I can post some pics.
