we did not do a turkey but we did do a nice big ham which we used the leftovers for a ham and cabbage soup.

Hi,
Turkey doesn't last long in this house and with any leftovers we make turkey hot/cold sandwiches..If there are any mashed potatoes left I freeze them and when I want them I nuke them..they taste like they were just made..
