i dont know why ive asked support ive emailed asked for help but the only ancer i get is well forward to support i havnt received any comp points anyone else having the same problem ty _____Troy

did you win big at davincis,cause it happened to me a pantasia when i hit some big wins las December the comp points just stopped all of a sudden when i was playing,i havent spoken to support about it as i havent deposit there since

I've won and cashed out thousands at DaVincis and have no trouble with comp points........its probably a glitch in their programming. I find them second to none for customer support!

Hi ya Troy, I'm going to point Geno in this direction and see if he'll talk to our affiliate rep and see if he can find out what's going on for you.
Don't give up hope yet, DaVinci's is a great casino and I've had no problems with them and our affiliate rep is awesome!
I'm not sure if Geno is away for the weekend, but he will see this when he does return and either he or I will reply.
