probably should have added this in your initital post, would have saved people the time of having to go through all the trouble of contacting support just to find out that it's for new players only. i had claimed the new player nd on december 20th, 2009. and i would imagine quite a few people claimed it around the time the casino was new........ a month ago. but whatever.
