yes, first they said that I had entered the wrong username or password 3 times.... (which I hadn't) so she said they had unlocked it for me - but when I tried to login again, it did it again. I sent another email and was told that their login system is automated and they can't maintain my account... so maybe it is the country I am in??? (Australia).. good luck to anyone else though

If you have more than one or more accounts with an affiiliated playtech (sistered casino) that they shall sometimes lock you out, due to ND bonus abuse and such. Your account info (name, address, email) become a link to all playtech casinos and therefore a new playtech casino may see your account as a risk of some sort. Just thought I'd add a comment that may more answer yours than what the casino told you about being locked out.
