I have had a problem last week or so..I was trying to deposit using them and for some reason, it errored out..when I went back to try it again, it wouldn't even try to process the payment out. It stayed like that for a week or so until i finally contacted the casino and they did something to open it back up..after that I have had no problems. I am not sure if this is the problem you are experiencing..but thought it might help.
