i didn't get the 20 no dep bonus, but i did get the 2000 loyalty points, and when i redeemed them, it only gave me 2.00! not the 20.
what a crock!

same here they have changed it to 2.00 and not 20.00 now I guess the 20.00 was probably a mistake

No, there's another thread about this. I received 20 bucks when i redeemed, but the next day they had changed it to 2 bucks, when my friend downloaded it.
