I downloaded a few days ago and can not get the game to load
It just stays on refreshing and goes no further
I have tried reinstalling, clearing files and nothing has helped
Any ideas on what else I can try?
I have had no problems loading any of the old games but can not seem to load some of the newer ones

hi i had a similar problem.. so i downloaded all of the other games and then tried the summer holiday and it worked..hope this helps..if not you might try live support..im sure they will help you out.

I tried live support and it seems there was a communication problem
I asked for help with this problem and was given the free spins and disconnected from chat
I e-mailed, but haven't got a reply yet so hopefully that will give me some help
