They said I had already received a bonus on another account I said i had never opened one other than lucky nugget poker they said i had - over an hour on live support and the guy couldnt tell me what bonus i had received and said he would send my claim to promotions specialist. i saved the chat gee its confusing. It doesn't look hopeful despite the fact i have never had an account at their casino - they even asked me what game i prefer to play and what deposit increments i do, i told them i had never deposited there. i dont understand whats going on.

Gee, my situatuin all came down to lack of comunication or understanding, what they actually meant was that i had accounts at others in this group and had received bonuses from two others (had deposited lots at another in their group) so i wasn't eligible.
