I got the same email but nothing in my account

yeah, me too. so contacted live support and explained that it was not in the cashier section like the email said. the support was very rude and kept telling me, over and over, to reply to the email ( i have no idea what he was trying to say) and that i would have to wait on the answer. so i contacted another support person and she told me the same thing. i sent 3 emails, two of the to support and one to the manager (i think her name was linda)but i have had no reply from anyone. i think it is a little fishy.

This $150 bonus looks like a exclusive from another forum which I have seen before.

i was told bye live help that i would have to reply to email and i have gotten no reply.i thought maybe they just forgot to put promo in my cashier but it seems no one got the $$$$ that was sent in email.am done with that casino they can keep there free money they seem to much of a hassel to me,when there is so many casino's out there.good luck to you guys.

Thanks everyone, you all just saved be a bunch of time. I too received said e-mail yesterday and when I didn't see it in the cashier section tried to contact them with US toll free # and nobody picked up. I was just about to try again,and, well now I wont have to. Again, thanks.
