hello fellow crushers, I never expected to win any thing. But i hit 800.oo at captain jacks casino. I would like to withdraw about 500.00 but i dont have a bank account. does anyone know how i go about getting a check out of captain jacks. thank you for your thoughts and time steven

Well for USA I have found UseMyWallet as a good way to withdraw but since I don't have a bank account either I usually save it and use it on other casinos for playing. I don't know if you deposited by visa or mc but if you did you can withdraw to those.
I have not played on Captain Jacks so do not know if they will send you a check or not. Hope someone can give you better info than me but those were ideas.

Sengal, I'm not sure about Captain Jacks, but most casinos will send you a check. You will have to send them some copies of ID documents to prove your identity. But that's easily done. I would suggest you talk to their customer support to dertermine the best payment method and what needs to be done.

if I had this problem I would register a Neteller account with a Neteller debit card with it.
Than you can withdrawal your cash at any ATM machine you'd like

ty broxi, would a netspend debit card work. I have one of those that i have used too deposit at many other casinos in the past. other sites would have a area for registing your card. i can't find the area at captain jacks, they want me to deposit. sould i just put in a amount just to get the card registerd, then ask them to deposit the money on it. would apreciate any imput broxi thank you steven

so what your saying you won this on a freebie? im sure in that case you need to at least register some kinda card or deposit minum amount just to verify your account before you can withdraw but then again i might be wrong and i would talk to support if i were if not live then mail them and they can give you all the answers you wanna know im sure

sengel im sorry i wasn't paying attention earlier and hadnt noticed the name of the casino....but as the casino is part of the crystal palace group of rogue casinos basicallly if you won it on a freebie i feel you might have trouble cashing out..id check their t&cs and contact live chat if one was available and see what they say but basically id not hold my breath waiting for the money...sorry wish i could be more positive
