Maybe because it's been a while since you deposited that they counted you as a semi new player, or maybe it was such a recent bonus promotion the customer service rep didn't know that much about it.

There are a number of reasons why the bonuses work for some people and not for others, or why some get it as a current player, and some get it only if they are a new player.

It all depends on the person and timing of your request.

But it's always good to post something that you received in the form of a bonus, because you never know.

I love slotland, I have been playing at SLotland since 2000, and I am a VIP player. I have had quite a few cash outs, and they treat me very good. They always respond usually within an hour of my email.

One time I was playing Jacks or Better, and I noticed that the cards that was being dealt looked familiar. I started writing down the cards, and the play I made would require being dealt three more cards. Then I wrote down the three cards that was dealt. Then the next hand it dealt me the same five cards, I removed three cards and was dealt the three more cards that same as the first hand. every time I would end up with a pair. So I tracked it for about 6 more hands, and guess what. The same cards was dealt, and the draw ended up being the same cards.

I wrote to Slotland about the possible software problem. After a few days, they responded saying there was a glitch in the Jacks or Better software and that it was fixed. They then gave me a $50 bonus for spotting it. As with all the bonuses that slotland gives, the playthrough is only one times the bonus.

I have about $400 deposits to go before reaching my next bonus of an automatic $100.
