Casino Accounting/tracking Tool?

Casino Accounting/Tracking Tool

Does anyone know if there is one out there that I can download? A tool that can help me keep track of where I deposited, remaining balances/bonuses. I remember seeing one before but I can' find it anymore but it's a neat tool to keep track of your finances invested in the casino/poker rooms.

The easiest would be to make an Excel spreadsheet where you can update the figures when needed.
If you don't have Excel, use OpenOffice Calc...it's free.

I have a spreadsheet that I have used before. I'll do a few little bits to it so it's more understandable how to use it and then post a link to it here

I actually use Excel (it's saved in Excel 97 version so if you have MS Excel it will most likely already be compatible but I'm going to also try and create a version for the OpenOffice Calc (freebie) program - I'll post here once I've got it done

Please note this is VERY simple.. it is only simply designed to help with the play-through requirement of a bonus at a casino.

It doesn't log deposits or anything like that - but this is fairly easy to do.

If you tell me what you'd like, and what sort of things you would like automatically calculated / shown - again I can do that.

I used to write spreadsheets / formulae and macros etc for about 10 years so if you let me know what you'd like then I'll get something sorted.

I'll design it for use with OpenOffice (downloadable from OpenOffice.Org) so that anyone can use it.

cocakolakid, if you'd like to specify what you'd like then this will really help me get something created that I'm sure others will like to use also.

I'll place a link to download the basic files I have so far in a second.

I haven't made any instructions but firstly I'd suggest keeping an unedited copy once you've downloaded it. Open this and save it as something else for each time you use it.

If anyone needs help using this one, please let me know and I'll create instructions or if anyone wishes to - then please do.

Should be pretty easy - if you keep the casino in one window and the spreadsheet open in another (just remember to update the spreadsheet after you've taken a number of spins).
