Hey there sorry for the fuss.

I contacted support & what happened was I used a cc banner but signed up via the flash version & didn't do full download till the following day. The rep said "oh ok I see, then was able to apply the chip manually. I believe if I had downloaded before registering instead of doing it in flash version the code would have worked w/o issue.
