Neteller Certification?

after all this time of being a certified member of neteller i log in tonight to transfer money to a friend not in the usa, then i come to find out i am not certified anymore........so i have to do it all over again, but the problem is i can't they wont let me....lol... cause usa banks wont allow it... anyone else been de-certified?

I have noticed when attempting to pay USA members (via Neteller) that are US that I get the 'non-certified' message all the time - so I'm sure it's everyone in USA.

I'm hoping that some of you will get onto EcoCard (removed link) and see if you can get something set up there as this is looking like the most likely option for me to be able to pay at least in the shorter term.

I can't test it out from a USA point of view - you guys and gals need to give it a go and see how it goes please

Does anyone know if EcoCard offers an ATM card like Neteller to allow withdrawls from EcoCard account without going through a bank account?

i applied for an eco card but very confused on the subject per their website....

Luna..from what I gather they are sending us a card and YES we will be able to use it at the ATM....I should be getting mine very shortly and I am hoping it will have some info along with it

no..my email said I would receive it in about 10 days....still haven't gotten it yet..I will keep you posted!!!
