when you go to their site click members then scroll all the way to the bottom. There should be a box and it reads something like if you have a promo code enter it here. I hope this helps.

It was not under any of the buttons. The page it takes you too when you log in just scroll all the way to the bottom. It is not still on my members page but that may be because I got the card in my snail mail and already claimed it. so after logging in do not click anything just scroll all the way to the bottom. This particular one may be over and may be only for depositors. I am not sure.

I too had a few problems finding the promo box, 
but after you go to their site, click members area, then login, at the very bottom there is a box that says have a promotional code? enter it here.......
IF YOU LEAVE THE PAGE THE BOX WILL GO AWAY, YOU HAVE TO RELOGIN TO GET IT BACK!!!!!

all the time i was looking for it in deposits and all other sub menus.. and it was there on front all the time..
