hiya hun, you have to check if the banners that were the same are the same currency, i thought this at first then realised just because its the same casino,if the currency is different they are not the same.
I can see your screenshot but can not see what currency they are both in sorry, you need to keep a look out for this if it happens again

Hi Kid, you are right there is only 1 currency type that they accept so that's not it.
It appears that the banners are different?
Nevertheless, I have pmd Geno to come and take a look to see what happened.

HI ya,
The reason you didn't win was because whilst both of them were 'buzz luck' banners I believe they were most likely 2 different banners we have running at the same time.. normally when you do a screenshot if they're the same then they will show the same and your first screenshot wasn't - and I checked our ads database and we do have 2 different ads running for those size banners.
