September is the month we'll be celebrating Mr Jack's 157th birthday. And thanks to a courthouse fire which destroyed his birth certificate, all we know is it was sometime in September 1850. So for the entire month we make it top priority to tip our hats and occasionally raise our glass to the man who brought us his fine Tennessee sippin' whiskey.
